Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase!

We offer free return, and items must be returned within15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged,  and in original packaging

All tags and labels must be attached

For damaged items, provide photo evidence for both the item and it's packaging within 7 days of receipt.

1. Contact our support team at [hello@sallymakeupaccessories.com] with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

3. Ship the item back using a tracked service.

Final sale items, personalized products, items damaged through normal wear and tear, and hygiene-related items are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item.
